Here are some steps for review moderation.
A home provider cannot delete a posted review by a WYL community member. You are, however, able to respond to a review directly and can address any comments left previously.
You may have received a review that you didn't like or that you want to dispute. WYL will automatically flag and remove any reviews that violate our policies.
