The WYL Home Provider recognition program celebrates and certifies the highest-rated and most consistent owners and operators providing a Resident-Trusted Living Experience. Resident-Trusted home providers have properties that excel in providing their residents with certified living experiences, management services, and rental units.
Requirements
As a Home Provider on WYL, we evaluate the performance over the past 12-months for each property in your portfolio. To qualify as providing a Resident-Trusted Living Experience, the owner or operator must have met the following criteria:
- Maintained an overall Resident Trust score of 4, or higher, for at least 12 months for that respective property
A 4.0 or greater denotes many positive reviews, a high-level of resident satisfaction, adherence to quality living standards, and outstanding management performance. - Received a minimum response rate of 20% from the property's residents
Your resident response rate is the percentage of unique reviews you’ve received against the total number of residents surveyed for that specific property. - Responded to at least 75% of resident reviews
This number is calculated by the number of reviews you’ve responded to against the number of reviews you’ve received from residents. Responding to reviews left by your residents demonstrates your dedication to open and transparent communication and shows a commitment to improving their living experience for the better.
A certified Resident-Trusted home provider is an owner or operator that goes above and beyond for their residents to provide excellent hospitality and service. You earn the certification by encouraging resident engagement, earning positive reviews, and being responsive to and actioning the resident feedback received through the platform.
What are the benefits of the Resident-Trusted Certification?
Current and prospective residents of the property can easily identify a Resident-Trusted home provider from the certified decal that is displayed on the exterior of the building, helping to increase your credibility as a quality housing provider.
